No need to to give any proxy in the browser. Direct open the page. FB is opening at zero balance.i have just checked with my WB ,punjab, haryana ,karnataka ,up sim and its working fine.
Members from Other states can also try at zero balance Note : Only FB is opening and u can browse FB without any plan. No other site is opening at zero balance.
